People meet in cafes bars and restaurants all the time. The reason is that almost every weekends people spend there time with friends. Besides, if you are hungry and don't want to cook dinner you can go to eat to the restaurant and at the same time have a drink with a person you like.

You can ask a lonely person who sits next to you for an advice and in such a way to start a talk.

It is the usual situation when a person comes to another to have a drink. It is a banal way to meet someone, but still brings results. Besides, restaurant is a great place for a couple. It gives the possibility to eat, to talk and to waste time.

A good company is very good for the appetite.

When you have already found someone who is alone, then appears a question - Is he/she single? The best way to find out is to ask. But of course it is not the best way because at least it is impolite. All you need to do is to wait a little and to watch him/her. If he/she is nervous and all the time looks at the watch then probably he/she is waiting for someone. But if he/she is concentrated and eats in silence without looking at nothing but his plate, then a person is hungry and came to the restaurant only to eat. But if a person eats slowly and looks at everybody who passes by his/her table, who slowly takes his/her drink, then he/she is probably looking for someone to meet.
